Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
